How Long Does it Take for My Order to Ship?
All our products are personalized and processing time is typically 3-5 business days, then they are shipped. Shipping time is another 3-5 business days, depending on your location. You will be notified via email once your order is shipped and provided with the tracking number. 

How is My Order Shipped to Me?
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Tracking numbers are provided via email once orders are shipped.

Oops... I Made a Mistake with My Order, what should I do?

Email us immediately to let us know any changes you need to make. 

If we have not sent your order to you yet we will happily make the changes for you.

How do I pay?
You can pay using your card (we accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, Diner's Club and American Express) or Paypal. 

I received a discount code, how do I use it? 
You can use your discount code when making purchases from our online store. There is an option to enter your discount code on the Checkout page. 

I received two discount codes. Can I use both at the same time?
No this is not possible. Only one discount code can be used per order. 

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

Since our products are personalized, we do not offer returns or refunds for orders you changed your mind about because they did not turn out the way you expected. We only offer replacements or refunds if we've sent you a defective or incorrect item. 

When placing your order, you are clarifying size and/or personalized text/s.

If you realize you have made a mistake, please contact us straight away. If your order has not gone to production, we will make changes.

RECEIVING YOUR ITEM

I got a damaged/defective item in the mail, what should I do?
Please email us upon receiving the damaged item and attach a picture and we will arrange a replacement. 

I received the wrong item in the mail.
Please notify us at once via email and provide a picture of the wrong item received and we will arrange for the correct one to be sent to you as soon as possible.
