Refund Policy

Each product is inspected and checked before they are shipped out. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In case you received a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item. We will request that you attach pictures of the product as your received it.

If you are eligible for a product replacement, this will be processed immediately and we will create and send you the correct item within a few days.

Should you prefer a refund, this will also be processed after evaluation. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.  You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
